Dear Patients and Friends of Americare Chiropractic:

It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my retirement from Americare Chiropractic, effective immediately. It has been a great pleasure providing for your health care needs over the years. This is not an easy decision for me to make. Your trust in me to provide you with chiropractic care over the years is greatly cherished and appreciated. My family and I have decided that now is the time for us to travel and see some of the wonders the world holds.

Effective immediately, I will be referring patients to, Dr. Richard Dry with Dry Family Wellness Center who has been here with me since 2017. Dr. Dry is a great Chiropractor and good person. We have adjusted each other over the past several years and I believe we have a similar adjusting style. I am pleased for the opportunity for you to have him as your chiropractor. Dr. Dry is a graduate of Life University, which is my Alma Mater. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only through your permission. Dr. Dry will be the custodian of your records.

I have greatly valued our relationship and thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years. Best wishes for your future health. Stay safe and well in these trying times. Again, it has been my honor to care for you.
